Offline verification: python -E -s -S -B run_checks.py
All new mathematical checks use fixed public constants and the Python standard library.
The source control check compares supplied numeric observations; it does not rerun GCC.
No old library code or binary is redistributed in this addendum.

Optional source rebuild: obtain the exact archive at the URL in SOURCE-RECEIPTS.json,
check its SHA-256, and place it at secp-shared-software/LiDIA-1.1.tar.gz relative
to this folder. Run secp-sixth/inspect_lidia_archive.py, then
secp-sixth/prepare_source_control.py. On a Linux x86-64 host with GCC, run
sh secp-sixth/source-control/run_controls.sh, then rerun run_checks.py.
The build settings and incomplete SINGLE_MUL native control are documented in
FINDINGS.txt and original-c-control-results.json. Existing successful controls
will be replaced if an optional rebuild is requested.
